How Not TO Be Your Own Worst Enemy – PAY ATTENTION!
The first thing we need to do to ensure that we don’t become our own worst enemy is, “Pay attention to the tension.” When considering an option, an invitation, or a choice that causes even the littlest bit of inner hesitance—stop and pay attention to that tension.
